Everything is fine

Try to spend few minutes surfing news websites, bbc, cnn .. etc. You'll realize how ugly the news is. The world is not necessarily as bad as news in my own humble opinion. Try to find the good news. Or maybe you don't have to find any news; as you know, no news is good news. Honestly, try to isolate yourself from the trouble. But I think even no news is not enough. You need true good news, not just no news.

Let's think of an idea, let's build a news web site, where only the good news have place to be published. No bad news at all. Imagine how nice it would be when you set your defalut home page to such site instead of cnn.com.

We need not to be aware of sufferings, need not to be aware of killings and need not to be aware of disasters. Believe me when I say it, when you follow only good news, or even no news at all, you'll begin to like everybody. When two of your friends begin discussing some hot political topic, you'll be bored. You'll see them yelling at each other, everyone with different point of view, but you'll stare at them amazed, but you like them even if they appear like monsters in your daisy eyes.

You don't really need to know anything about democracy in China, don't need to spend hours assessing Iraqi goevernment performance, don't need to read thousands of pages about Palestine, don't need to watch hundreds of tv reports about massacres in Rwanda, don't need to waste your valuable time viewing pictures of casualties of the Korean wars and definitely need not to dig into more websites just to know whether Cheney is a political and financial corrupt.

If they would like to burn the world, let them burn it. But let us take the side of the wall and not intervene. After all, they might burn everything including themselves and then really, everything will be fine.
